Our Mission

Project Purple is an impact-driven organization with a vision of a world without pancreatic cancer. Our mission is to find a cure for pancreatic cancer and improve the lives of patients through support, education, hope, and compassion.

What is Pint for PC?

Pint for PC is a program that partners with local breweries in an effort to raise awareness and funds to support Project Purple's mission. Breweries will designate a month to pancreatic cancer awareness. During that month they will donate $1 per pint poured of a selected beer on tap.

What does Pint for PC support?

By being participating in the Pint for PC program, you are helping Project Purple FIGHT for survival and support patients battling pancreatic cancer, while funding critical research for early detection and eventually, a CURE. Just last year, Project Purple was able to establish the worlds largest high-risk early detection program called The Precede Consortium (https://precedeconsortium.org/)

Project Purple is also able to send care packages to those battling this disease and offer patient financial aid.

Pancreatic Cancer will become the #2 killer of all cancers in the US this year, has NO early detection, NO cure, and has only a 10% survival rate, with more people being diagnosed and more people dying this year than last. When you participate in Pint for PC,

What to Expect

1. Select a month that you would like to participate.
2. During that month, select a tap of your choice, and donate $1 per pint poured to Project Purple.
3. Include additional fundraising efforts if you choose.
4. Breweries have the option to sell "PINT FOR PC" pint glasses supplied by Project Purple if they wish.
5. Top overall fundraising brewery will receive a plaque/trophy.
6. Individuals that participate will have the opportunity to receive some awesome prizes.
