Our weekly group swim workouts are for swimmers of all abilities- from novice swimmers looking to feel more comfortable in the water to competitive swimmers working to improve their time. Swimmers will be grouped into lanes by ability and each week’s workout will be geared to each lane’s ability.
You must be a member of COTC to join the weekly swim workouts.
Please arrive by 6:20 pm, so you can be ready to start the workout at 6:30 pm.
Bring a water bottle and personal swim equipment (kick board, fins, pull buoy, swim cap, goggles etc.- these are not required, but the club will not provide them).
