My Story…
This has been a tough year, and it's no different for the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada. Because of COVID-19, the Sanctuary has had to remain closed to the public, and this means that they are missing out on one of their most important sources of funding. The Sanctuary still needs to provide care for its many furry charges, so it is more important than ever to support them. The mission of the Donkey Sanctuary is to provide a lifelong home for donkeys, mules, and hinnies who are unwanted, neglected or abused, or whose owners can no longer care for them; and, to promote the responsible stewardship of all animals through humane education.
