Our triathlons are designed to cater to all levels. They suit both the recreational to the more dedicated triathletes, individuals and teams, as well as newcomers and fun-sun seekers who want to have a great time in Barbados. Join us on a group ride. Let BFIT be your guide and show you some of the beauty our island has to offer. Meet at the car park opposite the Aquatic Centre, in the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium Complex at 5:45 am.

Group Swim - Monday October 19, 4:30 pm, Carlisle Bay Closed
Come enjoy a swim in the most picturesque bay in the World, Carlisle Bay. One way the swim is approx 1.25km. Starts at The Barbados Cruising Club, Pebbles Beach to The Boatyard and back.

Race briefing will be held at Simpson Motors training room, St. Michael on Saturday October 24 at 4:30pm, subject to COVID protocols the briefing may be held online at the same time and date. Athletes will be notified prior to October 24.
