Spring is here and we are ready to RUN!
The 15th Annual Coleman Elementary School Run for the Gold, sponsored by the Coleman Dad's Group.
The challenging 7K goes up Gold Hill to the left trail and is a steep up and back. The most popular route is a 4k also up the Gold Hill fire trail but veers right for a less steep run out and back. For the little kids and walkers we offer a 1mile stroller friendly walk which loops around Coleman and Dominican University. All courses start and end at Coleman Elementary School. Registration fee includes Pancake Breakfast, a Race TShirt and Finishers Ribbon.
Register 4 or more immediate family members and receive $5 off per participant. Discount automatically applied at checkout. You will also be given the option to add a "Pancake Breakfast Only" for those family members not registering to run.
*Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult on the course. The 7K course is not recommended for children under the age of 10.
This is a FUN RUN, but it will also be timed. There will be awards for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female finishers for the following age groups:

High School
