My Story…

During Quarantine I was not really taking care of my self physically; I was eating a bunch of food and sitting around all day long. It was when I gained weight that I really started my fitness journey, and found a love for exercising. Running was one of the first things I added to my daily routine that really helped me lose 30 pounds. I would run like 3 days a week on the days where I wasn't lifting weights. Running really helped me clear any negative thoughts I had and made me feel great after each and every run. It is now something I do almost as much as weight lifting and on every single run I am pushing myself harder and harder each time. I think everyone should running even if its for short distances. You will love yourself more and have a better day if you incorporate running into your daily life.
