I used to run regularly in high school, university and after and have completed 6 half marathons (including a made up one with a friend - really just twice around elk lake and an extra bit on a hot summer day), but have fallen out of the regular habit of running making it not quite as enjoyable as it used to be. Running was always a fun way for me to explore new cities while travelling, catch up with friends and explore our beautiful city. I am looking forward to my goal of running 20 minutes minimum every day to get back to enjoying running and to support the Victoria Hospitals Foundation It's Critical Campaign.
