The YMCA of Cape Breton is inviting you to join in on an 8-week Virtual Fitness Challenge! Not only is this a great way to get outside and exercise, but there is also the opportunity to support the YMCA, win great prizes, and participate in fun challenges on social media: https://www.facebook.com/YMCAcapebreton/

How it Works:
1) Set how many KMs you want to reach by selecting a goal and registering below.
2) Stay safe by practicing social distancing on a safe walk, run or bike ride.
3) Track your weekly KMs.
4) Support your Y while being active and healthy!
