Virtual Miles of Motivation
3K - 5K - 10K
On June 20th, walk, wheel, jog, or run your way through a 3K, 5K, or 10K to virtually compare your time to your own personal best, friends, families, and members of all communities. This is your opportunity to race with friends and family members in different cities and maybe even countries than you!
If you are not sure where to start, you can use our guided training program to motivate you to run your desired distance each week.
We encourage you to use the Strava app to upload your virtual race course after you run to show others. Join our Strava club here to virtually train with others and receive health tips for running, hydration, and fueling your body.
The course choice is yours! Plan out your route and ensure it is fully accessible before starting the race. Make sure you have ample room to perform the activity without coming into contact with other people. Do not perform an activity unless you can do so safely. We encourage you to start your race between 8:00am and 11:00am MDT to ensure you are done by 12:00pm MDT. Upload your data to the results page before 1:00pm MDT.
