Event Information:

The race will be held from May 11th to May 24th 2020.

Start Time: 6 A.M on May 11th

Finish Time: 8 P.M. on May 24th

Location: Planet Earth

Participation Fee: AWG 15,-

Distances:

There are 3 seperate distances in the Virtual Run & Walk:

5 KM Run & Walk (14 Years & Older)

1 KM Kids Run (8-13 Years Old)

0.5 KM Kids Run (4-7 Years Old)

Registration Period:

Registration Opens on Wednesday April 29th

Registration Closes on Sunday May 10th

May 10th is the last day in which all participants must have registered and made payment.

Virtual Run & Walk 2 Week Challenge:

The Virtual Run takes place over the course of 2 weeks (May 11th to May 24th).

Each Participant will upload 1 Result Per Week through the Patrishi Sports' Virtual Run App.

In order to Complete The 2 Week Challenge, 2 Results (1 Per Week) need to be posted in the mobile app each week.

During the course of the 2 weeks, each day a leaderboard will be updated at 9 P.M. with the current standings at that time.

The event ends on May 24th at 8 P.M. after which final results will be posted.

The final results are determined based on fastest time out of the 2 results sent.

Finisher's Medal & Door Prizes:

Participants that complete The 2 week Challenge will receive a Finisher's Medal as a reward.

Additionally, all participants that complete The 2 Week Challenge will be eligible for the doorprizes.

Awards:

There will be Winner's Medals for participants in the following categories:

In 5 KM Distance: Overall Top 3 Male & Female

Top 3 Male & Female per Age Category: 14-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+

In 1 KM Distance: Top 3 Male & Female per Age Category: 8-9, 10-11, 12-13

In 0.5 KM Distance: Top 3 Male & Female per Age Category: 4-5, 6-7

** Only Participants that have completed The 2 Week Challenge are eligible for Category Prizes.**

REMINDER!
All participants MUST Pre-Register online AND pay via bank transfer to become a participant of the event OR Register and Pay Online with Credit Card through the registration process BEFORE May 11th. There will be no exceptions.
