V5K to celebrate ADA

Spirit of Discovery Park is hosting their

3rd Annual walk, run, ride, roll or stroll- VIRTUALLY!


This VIRTUAL event will take place on Sunday, July 26th, to CELEBRATE the 30th Anniversary of the ADA.

Adult - $35
Kids - $30 (youth discount applied automatically at registration for ages 18 & under)

**NOTES regarding T-SHIRTS: SoDP will be offering 2 styles of shirts this year; a 60/40 blend and a SportsTec runners shirt.

DEADLINE for GUARANTEED Race Day V5K T-shirt: Tuesday, June 30 @ 5pm.

DEADLINE for V5K T-shirt (price includes shipping/handling): Sunday, July 26 @ 5pm; ETA; 3 weeks prior to event.

Our goal continues to be to ensure joy for EVERY body in tennis shoes or hospital beds from the young and young at heart. ALL of the proceeds from this VIRTUAL event will directly benefit the development of the 2nd, fully accessible amusement park, in the world, in St. Louis.


For this VIRTUAL event, you get to choose the course, companions and start time! Get moving around your neighborhood, a nearby park or your favorite trail. All you have to do is complete your walk, run, ride, roll or stroll between Friday, July 24, and Sunday, July 26. Then, upload your time to be recognized for this accomplishment with all of our VIRTUAL participants!

On July 26, 2020 walk, run, ride, roll or stroll in your new V5K T-shirt and POST pictures on your socials using #V5KSoDP. The top three highest fundraisers, the biggest team, and the highest fundraising team will receive prizes. These winners will be announces and posted on the Facebook event page on July 27, 2020.

With your local support, your participation, in this VIRTUAL 5K to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the ADA, we will be impacting the lives of EVERY body, with or without mental, physical and intellectual disabilities through our solely inclusive amusement park, greenhouse and ice rink. We look forward to sharing our passion with you as we raise funds to support a wonderful cause and build a legacy in our community.

We are a tax-exempt organization under IRS code section 501c3; EIN 37-1824921. Your contribution, less $8, is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Curbside Packet Pickup Info

Shirts/packets will be available for CURBSIDE pickup on Thursday, July 24th at Fleet Feet - Des Peres FROM 4:30-7PM.

Awards

All participants will be sent instructions on how to submit your virtual results on race week.

Prizes will be given to the top finishers in the following categories (after results are finalized on July 27th):
