Run Kulture Community you showed up and represented in the 6 Motivational Miles in May. Now its time to raise the bar! Were striving for double digits now! You will receive another 6 week training program to progress you from the 6 miles to 10 miles. If you want redemption on the 6 miles again or maybe your a newbie there is a option for that as well! What better time then now to work on your running game! I guarantee this community will rise to the challenge and come together to dominate your desired distance! Of course there will be giveaways along the way and with this virtual run/walk there is a weekly speed challenge (explained below.) This event is free and set date is July 19th but you can actually submit your results from July 17th-20th. You will submit your results on the home page of race roster and receive a finisher certificate.
For this AMAZING 6 week journey together each week there is a FUN speed challenge. How that works:
You will need to register for either the 6 or 10 mile option AND the weekly challenges. Each week you will be given a distance to run or walk your fastest and submit your time. Use your confirmation number or just be logged into your race roster account to get up on the leader board. There will be a weekly winner who will "wear the crown" and a weekly draw for a prize as long as your participated and submitted your result!! These challenges are an addition to your weekly training program.
This Virutal Run/Walk event was designed to keep us united as a community and thrive together! I am truly inspired by each and every one of your strength and dedication to running! Thank you for being apart of something great!
WHAT:
A 6 or 10 mile Virtual run or walk. You pick your route in your area/region
New to virtual running? Just to clarify what virtual run is:
A virtual run event is completed at the location of your choice. You can run, jog, skip, hop, or walk on the road, trail, or treadmill.
You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
HOW IT WORKS:

You will receive a confirmation email that will include a 6 week training program (June 8th) if you need a game plan to get you going.
Game Day Performer? Perfect! Register whenever and submit your run results between July 17th-20th.
Download strava (its free in the app store) to track your mileage
For each run/walk that you complete be sure to post or tag #runkulturecommunity
Keep an eye out for emails and social posts for fun challenges, extra workouts, prizes, and inspiration
WHEN:
Weekly challenge runs from Sun-Sat each week and results need to be submitted on race roster by end of day Saturday
Race Day is set for July 19th, 2020 (results can be submitted from July 17th-20th) So you have the whole weekend to make arrangements.
WHO:
ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE!
Runners & Walkers are welcome! I encourage you to take your fur baby or stroller with you!
SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS:
On Race Roster submit your results button located underneath the registration button on homepage
Photo of you (selfie's are acceptable) PLUS a photo of your watch (or timing device,) Strava or app tracker or even treadmill
*Submissions can be sent to one of the social channels or by email (runcoachlaura@gmail.com) You will get a confirmation reply to let you know your submission was received.
*If you are having techy issues please let me know and we can figure out a way to get your submission accepted.
Results for the 6 or 10 mile race needs to be submitted between July 17th-20th, 2020.
