While the majority of races have been canceled in the province, many of us struggle to find something to train for. Now is the perfect time to focus on your stroke without the distraction of trying to set PBs or beating the canoe next to you! OMCKRA coach Ryan Stepka will be remotely analyzing strokes through the internet. Simply take a video of you paddling and get expert analysis and tips to improve your stroke efficiency! Don't have access to water? No problem Ryan can analyze a stoke on the paddling machine, don't have a paddling machine but have a rowing machine? Ryan can analyze your rowing form too!
When filming your stroke it's important to make sure the video is STABLE. The more angles of your stroke you can the the better but at a minimum take video from the front and from the side.
OMCKRA is offering this service to CURRENT members, free of charge! But only to the first 50 paddlers who sign up. Once you're signed up coach Ryan will contact you with more information.
