Have you struggled to run or work out in the pandemic? Tired of running alone? Missing the structure of an exercise program? Maybe you’re interested in trying a running program for the first time! “Bounce Back” with a transitional running program at BackRoads Brews + Shoes. Your health and safety are of upmost importance to us, so we will implement staggered start times, routes that will allow social distancing and no more than 10 people per running group.
- 6 week program starting Tuesday June 16th
- $30.00 fee
- Experienced Instructors for each program
- Support through an online forum
- Expert advice; product available to purchase in-store: new shoes, new running apparel, hydration gear or fuel to help you achieve your goals
Program options are:
BackRoads Bounce Back 5
- For the Beginner (Rookie) runner or someone who wants to “bounce back” to exercise or running
- Walk/run approach introduces longer distances gradually
- Culminates in running 5 km
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm
BackRoads Bounce Back 10
- For the more experienced runner used to running at least 5 km
- Wants to “bounce back” to regular running with gradual increased distances
- Culminates in running 10 km
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm
BackRoads Bounce Back 15
- For the advanced runner who regularly runs 20 -30 km per week
- Wants to “bounce back” to longer distances running with others
- Will use this program to transition to regular training programs
- Culminates in running 15 km
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm
