Theo is a 5 year old boy who suffers from Batten Disease, a rare genetic disease that has impacted many of his physical abilities. Assistance is required to help fund Theo's treatments that are not covered by health care.
He is the most recently diagnosed of 14 kids in Canada.
He will be the 6th child in Canada to receive treatment with Brineura.
The treatment will stall progression of his loss of motor skills and language skills. The Treatment may help control his seizures.
