Please join us on Saturday, September 21, 10:00 AM at Glasgow Park, Pavilion #1, Newark, DE and/or Saturday, September 28, 10:00 AM at Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, as we gather to walk (approximately 1-2 miles, your choice) to exercise our bodies and minds to support mental health. There will be Tai Chi in Rehoboth, a Mindfulness session at Glasgow, as well as crafts for kids, refreshments, t-shirts for adults, and prize drawings at both locations. Sign up today to register, start a team, and/or to donate. Adults are $30 and there is no charge for kids!!
