Movement leads the body and mind. Physical movement in our bodies strengthens our muscles which can improve our stability, balance, and coordination. Movement also increases our energy, reduces stress, and calms the mind.

Are you ready to move your body and mind and help our community Step Up?

We invite you to join us October 1^st – October 31^st to get moving and challenge yourself. Walk, hike, run, ride, and choose your challenge; 30 miles, 60 miles or 100 miles! Let’s Step Up together and challenge each other. Your registration helps keep our communities moving and thriving!

We are committed to our community!

• 50% of the proceeds will go to support The Gathering Inn a local Auburn, CA organization which provides homeless women, men, and families the dignity and support they need to become active members of our community.
  
  
  
• 50% of the proceeds will help enable Rotary Club of Auburn to do these types of awesome programs for our communities.

• Break it down, that’s 3.23 miles a day! This is tough, but you are tougher!
• Complete a total of 100 miles from October 1^st – October 31^st. Record your mileage as you complete each segment.
• Receive a commemorative Step Up Challenge Long-sleeve Technical Shirt.
