3 COUNTIES VIRTUAL COASTAL CHALLENGE

We're always looking for ideal challenges so we're super excited about the 'Three Counties Virtual Coastal Challenge' for Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex - in support of East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Our challenge: You can start any of the 3 coastal challenges at any time. As you walk, cycle, run , swim or paddle,l your distances will be added until you have completed the coastal challenge. Starting in Norfolk, complete the 3 distances within the advised time frame below or just pick a county and get started. Each county distance has been carefully mapped out following the coastal paths.

Your progress will be displayed on a GPS Map Leaderboard (by county) each time you add distance to your challenge. For more information on 'How it Works' click here.

Medals will be awarded for each county - which will make a great series to add to your collection! These medals will be posted when you complete each distance.
