Get ready for the 8th Annual Renfro Rock 'N Run Half Marathon and 5K Run/Walk at home edition!
Due to COVID-19, we’ve converted our 8th annual Renfro Rock ‘N Run to a virtual race. We invite you to register and complete the race anytime between Nov. 7 and Nov. 21.

This event is part of the 2020 Rockcastle Regional Countywide Stride run/walk series, and winner of the Jackson Healthcare Hospital Charitable Services Program of Excellence Award.
HALF MARATHON
Half marathon participants will receive a commemorative dry fit long-sleeve race shirt and finishers medal. Packets will be mailed to participants.
5K RUN/WALK
5K participants receive a dry fit short sleeve shirt. Packets will be mailed to participants.
Sign up by Monday, November 7 to ensure you get a commemorative shirt.
