Stratford Perth Community Foundation

Created by and for the people of Stratford, St. Marys and Perth County, the Stratford Perth Community Foundation, has been the region’s community foundation since 2004. Uniquely positioned, the Community Foundation connects people who care with community organizations addressing the region’s community priorities. As one of 191 Community Foundations across Canada, the Community Foundation manages endowed funds and provides grants annually to important community causes. The funds raised at the 15th Annual Hog Jog will establish the Hog Jog Gives Back Fund, a legacy fund that will provide continued support to the great causes that have meant so much to the pork community since the start of the Hog Jog event. That means, every year moving forward there will be an opportunity for past Hog Jog causes to apply for funding to support their ongoing programs and projects. This means, the Hog Jog Gives Back Fund will provide a grant every year, forever.
