My Story…
As most people know our daughter Madeline was in the NICU for 40 days. While it was a challenging time for us, we were blessed to be close to the hospital. For me, I turned the four-mile distance into a daily run to go see Maddie. Many families are not as lucky and have to travel hours to be at a hospital that can treat their children. Ronald McDonald House helps support these families by providing them with a home away from home to be near their children as well as areas within the hospital that enable them to step away from the chaos. Because of this, I am running the Grandma's Marathon on July 19th with the Ronald McDonald House Charity and would welcome any support you are able to give to the charity.
