I am proud to tell people that I am the Communications Assistant for North Shore Community Resources. It is behind-the-scenes work. My job is to let our community know about available events, services and resources so our amazing team can connect with people who need support. 

The best part of my job is hearing and sharing stories about the impact of NSCR's work. I get to hear about the Better at Home volunteers that go above and beyond to help seniors live comfortably in their homes, the family caregivers who feel less alone after attending support groups, and the people who finally feel they have options after speaking to one of our Legal Advocates. I tell stories about the young people in our community who engage in politics through our Young Citizens Forum, the low-income folks who return every year to have their taxes done by our volunteers, and so much more.
