2021 Race Cancelled - Refunds will be issued until July 10th 2021 - Deferrals to 2022 only after that date.
Registration will still be available on site Friday August 13, 2021. Again this year it will be at the beautiful Five Islands Lighthouse Park. It will be a fun filled evening with music, demos and much more!

Once or twice each summer on a weekend, the sea parts in the Minas Basin of Nova Scotia, dropping in six hours from 15 meters to nearly zero. When that happens, we start running. The 5K course will loop out and back from The Five Islands Lighthouse Park while the 10K course will start at Soley Cove and finish with the 5k at the lighthouse. Both runs have spectacular scenery! The Basket Run for the kids is a wonderful experience for those under 12.
Children 12 and under cannot run the 5 or 10k without adult supervision!
Also please note: Deferrals can be provided if we are notified BEFORE race day.
We can defer your registration for one year to 2022.
