Why I'm Running...
I am running for Team Perley! In the past, I participated in hounour of Veterans like Papi Yves - Fred's grand-father, WWII Vet Gib or Korean War Vet Rusty.
But in 2021, I adopted a new motto "Normal is dead, renewal lies ahead, onward we tread".
So this May, I am running in honour of three brilliant women who lead the Centre of Excellence in Frailty-informed Care at Perley Rideau. Danny Sinden, Annie Robitaille and Jen Plant are working towards transforming seniors care across Canada. They are giving hope by build a better future for us all.
