This camp is for you if you are a beginner runner, or someone that is returning to running after a prolonged break. The focus is on giving your running a jump start, and to teach you many key factors that will help you take you running to the next level, and to keep you healthy and mobile for many years to come. If you are a woman runner that can already run a 5K distance at 12-15 min/mile or faster at home elevation, this camp is ideal for you. If you haven't run a 5k distance before, we can help to set you up with a training program to get you ready for this camp! Note, if you are a faster runner, this camp can still benefit you too!
Each camp includes accommodation (2 women per room sharing in a double room, we recommend you share with someone that you already know – 1 in bunk room – single room and shared room options available), coaching, video review of running form, all meals, water and juices, all sessions, group transport, journals, towels, bedding and a women’s cut tech tee shirt. Camp starts at 4.00 pm on day one, and finishes at 10.00 am on day five. This camp contains many of the components from our full camps, in a compact time frame. Interactive workshop sessions will cover everything you will need to change your running!
To register, complete your personal details along with credit or debit card details. Note that initial payment at time of registration is 50% of camp cost. The balance is due on or before May 1, 2021. You will receive a reminder to make the online payment via our registration platform, Race Roster. You will be able to make the balance payment online.

- runs of varying length and intensity, mostly on trails
- uphill & downhill technique
- running form and injury prevention
- video review of running technique
- personalized assistance with your training program
- mental training for performance and life
- what blocks you create to being the best version of you and how to unlock them
- how to achieve relaxation and flow in your trail running
- and much more!
COVID Protocol - we instituted a rigorous while also flexible COVID protocol for our 2020 camps that proved very successful, and allowed us to keep our campers and ourselves healthy, while also maintaining the fun experience that our camps have always included. You can see our COVID protocol for 2020 at this link - at this time we plan to continue with the same protocol for 2021, while also reviewing guidance and advice from CDC and local authorities on what is required to maintain health and safety for our runners in 2021.
