I am participating in the Foodfare Virtual Covid-19K Virtual Run and am raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.  Please consider joining me by participating in this worthwhile event, or by making a donation. Registration is open until February 28, 2021 if you'd like to participate.

You can complete the distance all at once or you can do it slowly over time.  The best part is that participants are not  limited to just running this event – you can walk, hike, bike,  snow-shoe, cross country, or ski.  You could even skate it, or take the family dog for walks.  The options  are endless and the choice is yours.
