*Please arrive only 20 minutes before your wave start time to avoid congestion.*

RACE DAY INSTRUCTIONS

*Please note: Face Masks must be worn inside the outdoor event venue, including the field, start corral and finish zone. You are NOT required to wear a mask on the race route. You must carry your mask and place your mask back on at the finish line.


1. Arrive at 61 Davenport Rd at Jesse Ketchum Public School Field only 20 minutes before your anticipated run/walk finish time above. *Please note there is no bag check, so please come ready to run/walk!

2. Once your wave is called by the MC, you will then head to the Start Line Corral at Bay St. & Yorkville Ave.

3. Once you have completed your run or walk and received your sustainable medal and water bottle, please head back into Jesse Ketchum field to pick up a prepackaged refreshment.

4. Once you have received your package, we kindly ask that you exit the event venue.



SAFETY PROTOCOLS

The Constantine Yorkville Run is a fully vaccinated event. In the registration process, you will be prompted to confirm that you have received the full dosage of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by Health Canada.

FACE MASKS: Face masks must be worn inside the outdoor event venue, including the field, start corral and finish zone. You are NOT required to wear a mask on the race route. You must carry your mask while running/walking and place your mask back on at the finish line.

10 WAVES: There are 3 waiting zones and 10 waves of 100 participants each to keep everyone socially distanced. We ask that you maintain a physical distance of at least 2 metres from other individuals at all points during the event.

PARTICIPANTS <12: The in-person run/walk is a fully vaccinated event for those who are eligible for vaccination. Participants under the age of 12 are required to head to the children’s check-in booth to complete a COVID-19 self-assessment sheet as prescribed by Toronto Public Health.

NO WATER STATIONS OR BAG CHECK: To reduce contact, there is no bag check and there are no water stations on the course. Bottled water will be provided in the finish zone.
