Need help getting motivated? How about staying active? Was your favorite race recently canceled? Stuck at home wishing you were out running?
While COVID-19 continues to spread, causing many running events around the globe to be postponed and/or canceled, the Slow AF Run Club has decide to put on the Social Distancing Shuffle to help keep you motivated, inspired, and provide a little light at the end of the tunnel while regular races can’t be held.
Starting December 16, 2020, we invite you take part in the Slow AF Social Distancing Shuffle. You can choose to complete a 1 Miler, 5K, 10K, 13.1 or 26.2. You can complete these runs anywhere, including a treadmill. If running outside, please find a place that is as free of others as possible. Be sure to practice social distancing (pun intended) from others while participating in the Social Distancing Shuffle. Once you complete you race submit your time to us and we’ll ship your medal directly to you.

- Check in the Slow AF Run Club for added motivation and inspiration.
- Run with us between December 16, 2020 – Feb 28, 2021. **Medals will START shipping Late December**
- Submit your results and earn your medal. If using your fitness tracker take screenshots or photos showing the distance you have covered to submit as your evidence on our RESULTS page.
- Post a picture of you on Instagram using #slowafshuffle and tag @runslowaf, @300poundsandrunning! We'll be doing some fun prizes and giveaways!!

Q. When will I get my medal?
Medals will start shipping Late December.
Q. I am not a runner can I walk the distance?
Absolutely! We love our walkers.
Q. Can I ride my bike or a stationary bike and count those as miles also?
Absolutely. Every 3 biked miles = 1 mile of walking or running.
Q. How do I submit my time?
Submit your results and earn your medal. If using your fitness tracker take screenshots or photos showing the distance you have covered to submit as your evidence on our RESULTS page.
Q. I am not in the United States, can I participate?
Yes. Please note that medals outside of the US can take up to 2 weeks for delivery and will be charged a shipping fee.
