Kalapawai 1 Mile / 10K / 40 Mile Virtual Race
January 27-April 15

Registration will take place between January 21-March 21 and runners will have until March 31 to upload results. Help us celebrate the opening of Kalapawai’s newest location in Waimanalo by running 1 of more of the distances between Kapalawai locations in Kailua (1 mile), Waimanalo(Kailua to Waimanalo stores is roughly 10k) and Kapolei (Running from Kailua to Kapolei stores are roughly 40 miles) while picking up some awesome swag. Runners are not required to run between locations, but we have an extra little gift for those that do.

• Distances of a 1 mile, 10k or 40M can be ran anytime between January 27-April 30, 2021. To be an official finisher & complete your HRL Kalapawai Virtual Race, please submit your GPS file from your fitness watch thru the results tab on the left side of the registration screen.
• Digital bib number and finisher certificate will be available thru Race Roster
• For each 30 entrants, HRL will raffle off a free 4 week Let’s Talk Training Plan each time we hit 30 new individual entries.
• If you are on Oahu and you have an opportunity to complete the runs between the Kalapawai locations we have an extra gift for you. Once you have completed your run between 2 Kapalawai locations: Kailua to Kailua (1 mile) Kailua Cafe to Waimanalo store (roughly 10K) and/or Waimanalo store to Kapolei store (roughly 40 miles going around thru Hawaii Kai) please email your gps data to michael@hawaiirunninglab.com and we will mail you a Kalapawai gift card. The card values are $10 for 1 mile finishers, $20 for 10k finishers and $50 for 40 mile finishers. We expect you to be safe and follow all appropriate traffic laws and COVID guidelines.
• If you order HRL gear we will get that shipped to you/ready for pickup right away. If you order HRL/Kalapawai merchandise we will ship that to you as we receive it. We are expecting singlets to arrive mid-February and will print T shirts in the middle of and at the end of registration period.
