Our story…
Migraines have been a part of my life for over 30 years. I don't remember a day in the past without one and that is why this fundraising is so important to me. I remember a time, many years ago, sitting in Dr. Shapiro's (my headache specialists) office talking about all of the new medications coming down the pipeline. It seemed like an eternity away (he mentioned he thought it would be about two years before they would be approved). Fast forward to today and there are multiple new therapies available for migraines. That is all because of research. Every donation goes to the UVM Headache Center to fund much needed research.
