My husband passed in 2020, leaving behind our two boys (5 and 2) and I, after 5 months of struggle with complications of stroke.

My 5 year old struggled with the concept of death, guilt, and the pain of losing his best friend in the whole world.

Lighthouse has been a great support to all of us, with programming for "tiny tots" and Parent peer support groups, providing us with a handhold when our times were at their darkest.

I'm honored to give back to such an amazing organisation and the families like ours they tirelessly support, especially during the Covid crisis.
