Andy and I are doing a 2 mile walk for Miles for Migraine on October 2 in Philadelphia!
As you all know, migraines have negatively affected my life in a serious way starting in 2018. Migraine research does not get funded the way that other disease research does.
For context: the budget for epilepsy research this year at the NIH is over $200 million. For migraines? Just $29 million. That means that we remain far from a cure for a disease that affects around 1 in 7 people.
We're trying to raise $200 for our team, The Animals. It would mean so much to us both if you could make a donation. The money will go to the Jefferson Headache Center, a true space of hope and healing for me and countless others.
