My Story…
I believe each of us should take care of our mental health. I picked up running after my local gym was closed because of the pandemic. I enjoy it very much. In our family, both Jeremy and Laura have run in marathons. Hence the reason I am running in the 8K Royal Victoria Marathon on October 10, 2021; and to spread the important message about mental health.
Healthy Living begins with Good Mental Health.
