Please read through the Sponsorship opportunities below and register with the appropriate package.
Attention Team Captains: When purchasing a Sponsorship Package please register yourself and the name of your team. The first person to register a team (whether individually or as a group) will Create the Team. Be sure to share the name of your team for the other registrants. Other members can sign up and join or they can be entered by CARPLS. If you have any problems, contact info@carpls.org or call 773.391.1511.
Each individual ticket is $25 or $125 per team. Teams are limited to five people per team (including couples playing at home).
