Our story…
Hiking has been a big part of our lives for many years. The comradery of meeting twice yearly to hike the Bruce Trail for more that 25 years with a wonderful group of ladies helped us meet life's challenges and we always had a great time.
Rotary Hospice is a place like this that helps people in their last stages of life and creates a welcoming environment for residences and their loved ones. Despite the trials of the last year due to Covid this hospice service has still been there for our residents and their loved ones. We have found ways to manage the Covid protocols through technology, window visits, patio visits under our new outdoor heater and the constant support of our well trained staff who were always there to help individuals during their end of life journey.
Our hiking friends too have met this Covid challenge with virtual visits ,hikes and other outdoors activities when safe to do so. Please support Rotary Hospice and donate to our Hike for Hospice team and help us keep Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth a place for outstanding palliative care.
