Cause: The Friends of the Elkins-Randolph County Public Library (aka the Elkins Bookhounds) are raising money for building expansion and renovation, and for library programs, services, technology, and materials not in the library's annual budget. Funds we raise will also help the library meet its match requirements for the state Grant in Aid program.
