Cause: Preston County Humane Society is an all volunteer, nonprofit organization. Our Mission and Purpose is to reduce the population of stray and unwanted animals through Spay and Neuter Program. Preston County Human Society offers financial assistance to help with spay and neuter procedures. To educate the public and sponsor elementary school classroom subscriptions to "KIND NEWS" to teach compassion, respect and responsibility to our animals.
