Basement DustBuster 5k Closed
Vacuum up any loose debris from the floors, as well as cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling. You can mop the floors with soapy water - and then head out for that 5k run! Your entry includes a mystery medal and tshirt!

'Deep Clean the Main Floor ' 10k Closed
head out on your 10k run and come back to a house that sparkles! Don't we wish. Since cleaning your house from top to bottom can be overwhelming — not to mention, tiring and time-consuming — take it room by room. This event comes with a mystery medal and a long sleeve tech t!

Event Information
After the completion of the race we will mail you a shirt and a medal from one of our previous events.
Please keep in mind that there will be no returns or trading. You get what you get! We'll do our best to ensure sizing is met.
If you're like me, it takes a while to get motivated for that spring cleaning - Entries accepted until May 31.
Your items will be mailed following event registration.
Prior to the event all virtual participants will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your time.
Virtual Registrations are restricted to Canadian addresses only. If you reside outside of Canada and wish to participate please contact us at tsoll@multisportscanada.com

- Strength (indoors, no equipment needed), 1 hour on Zoom. Pick a Monday at 4pm PT or Wednesday at 6:30am PT
