Welcome to the Rio Del Lago Endurance Runs!

The Rio Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run Presented by Altra returns to celebrate our 21st year! This race brings together veterans and novices alike. Whether this is your 1st or 21st Rio 100, we are doing cartwheels to greet you in person on November 5th!

New this year, is our Rio 50K Endurance Run! The 50K begins at Beal's Point with the 100 milers and traverses the first part of the Rio course. This course and distance are perfect for your first or fastest 50K! You'll be surrounded by the majestic views of Folsom along Lake Natoma and the infamous Johnny Cash Trail!

You can expect first class race management from start to finish. Well stocked aid stations, along with drop bag locations are on course. Our enthusiastic volunteers will provide inspiration and motivation on your journey from Folsom to Auburn and back.
