My Story…
Having a child in the hospital is one of the scariest experiences for parents/families. I am participating in a virtual 5K to help raise funds for The FedExFamily House. The FedEx Family House is a home away from home for out-of-town families with children receiving treatment at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. Please help me raise some funds to make a difference for a family. My goal is $300 which gives a family a weekend of comfort and respite while their child recovers from heart surgery. Wouldn't it be nice if we could raise $700? This would give a week of free lodging to a family whose child is in the intensive care unit. Won’t you help make a difference for a family going through a very stressful event?
