Help Tayler raise money

For participating in 2021 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon

My Story…

I’m running my first half-marathon in October and I’ve chosen for raise money for CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) because I know how difficult it can be to get the help you need when you need it. I also know that more research and education is needed surrounding mental health and substance use disorders. I was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder on my 25th birthday, and while I’m thankful that I finally had a doctor who understood the system and advocated for me, so many people do not. There are barriers and inequitable access to mental health and substance use services, and CAMH is working to address these.

CAMH conducts groundbreaking research, provides expert training to health care professionals and scientists, develops innovative health promotion and prevention strategies, and advocates on public policy  issues at all levels of government.

Please consider donating to CAMH if you have the means to.
