Help get Saskatchewan active and moving!
Run - Lace up your sneakers and hit the street, trails and pathways.
Walk - Walking is a great way to get the whole family moving together.
Ride - Bike, scooter, or skateboard to get moving.
Paddle - Put on your lifejacket and paddle your favorite lake, river or stream.
Pledge to move the weekend of July 30 - August 2.
Invite your family, friends and neighbours to join in on the fun.
