8:00 am - Start of Half-Marathon, 10 Mile Race and 5K Race - ( ALL DIVISIONS )

NOTE: The Old Highway 51 Ten Mile Race is the Louisiana RRCA 10 Mile State Championship

Half-Marathon or 10 Mile - Registered by August 31st - $51.00, Registered by Nov 14th or during pre-race day packet pickup- $60.00, Day of race - $70.00

5K - Registered by August 31st - $25.00 , Registered by Nov 14th or at pre-race day packet pickup - $30.00, Day of race - $35.00

Race Day Packet pickup: Available on the day of race ( Saturday, Nov 20th ) at the race site ( Gator's Den ) opening at 7:00 am

Chip timed event ( all distances ): Please wear your bib number on FRONT. Must be visible. NOTE - Separate color coded race number bibs for each event distance ( Half, 10 Mile, 5K ) Please make sure you are wearing the correct distance bib. If pre-registered, please check the name label on back of your bib to confirm name is yours. If picking up bib for others, please check label on back to distribute bib to correct entrant. Should you need to change distance entered prior to event date, contact the Race Director. If you need to change on the day of race check in with the NORSI " Packet Pickup Coordinator " upon arrival. If you decide to change distances you are participating in " during the race" we may send out a gator to get you ( just joking ) . If changing during race - Please immediately upon finishing go to the Chip timing/results canopy tent at finish line and inform the manager regarding your change to make corrections. GOT DAT...

Parking near the Gator's Den is very limited.

EVENT PARTICIPANTS PARKING: Additional / Suggested

Park on the north side of the Pass Manchac Bridge. Use the Hwy 51 road shoulder and the parking area's that are beneath the I-55 overhead lanes. Please do not park in the Middendorf's Restaurant parking lot unless to plan to dine there. Current schedule restaurant opens at 10:30am. Please be respectful of their property as they have been great supporters of runners and walkers.

*We plan to close off one lane of the Pass Manchac Bridge ( coned lane ) for participants to access north to south direction to walk to the race site. Use only the coned off lane.

Accurately measured courses ( Half-Marathon, 10 Mile , 5K ) If you PR you earned it ..

Fast, flat !. Good for a personal record time challenge - Excellent for training for long distance events.

Signage at each Mile split location. ( Marker stake with sign placed about 10 feet from roadside edge. This makes it harder for passing vehicles in the early morning to take them out.. really !

Aid stations on course 8 stations for Half-Marathon ( approx each 1-1/2 mile separation ) TruBlue Water, Powerade

A port-o-let will be placed near each on course aid station

Race Director will update week of race best location for on course road kill. Faster to the location gets best choices. Bring optional ice chest
