My Story…
Hi! This is Roxie. I know that sometimes I can be a little pistol, but in October I’m going to do something really good. My brother, Xuber, and I are going to walk 30 miles to raise money for our wildlife friends. You see, we had a not-so-good “incident” with a deer a few years ago and Momma says it’s time to take responsibility.
Our Commitment: Me and Xuber will walk with Momma for at least one mile every day in the month of October. If we commit to that, can you make a donation to our fundraiser for Gold Country Wildlife Rescue so that we can make up for the little deer incident? We would be most grateful and we’ll post pictures, well, Momma will cuz we don’t have thumbs, so you can see that we’re really doing it.
Description
Donate to help raise money for Gold Country Wildlife Rescue (GCWR), a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing injured, sick and orphaned wildlife, and to promoting human awareness of wildlife and the ecosystems we share. GCWR provides care for thousands of animals every year at no charge to the public, and takes in animals burned in recent wildfires from all over Northern California.
