STEP 1: REGISTER

1. Sign up for 18K Bike or 8K Run.
2. Race kit includes an Event Shirt, Sticker and E-Certificate. Choose your preferred shirt color upon registration. Shirt color and sizes are subject for availability.
3. A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration. E- bib will be emailed 5-7 working days after the registration.
4. Delivery of race kits starts on August 1. Current situation and protocols may affect the deliveries. Shipping fee applies.
5. Registration is until October 10, 2021 only.

STEP 2: RUN, RECORD, AND SUBMIT

1. Use a GPS-tracking app, watch, stationary bike or treadmill and run your registered distance. Bike or Run anytime from July 10 to October 30 and finish in a ONE-TIME ACTIVITY and not in cumulative.
2. You can already start and submit your bike or run activity while waiting for the race kit to be delivered.
3. Take photo/ screenshot of your race results and submit it to Race Roster within the race period. Simply log in, submit your final time as recorded on the “View Results” page and attach a photo or screenshot of your time. The total time, pace, and distance must be indicated in the image.

STEP 4: GET YOUR ENTITLEMENTS

1. Finisher’s E-bib will be sent thru email 2-3 weeks after submission of the race result.

ENTRY FORM

1. All participants must provide accurate information, including age, gender, and emergency contact information when filling out the event registration form. Request for information changes will not be accepted once the event has started.
2. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Entry fees are non-refundable and may not be deferred or transferred.

RULE CHANGES

1. The race organizer may change, without prior notice, any of the rules and regulations that they may deem necessary to ensure the success of the race. The race organizer’s decision is final.
