The Sickle Cell Stroll is an annual awareness and fundraising event that has been held since 2011. It is designed to bring awareness to sickle cell disease, as well as provide resources, encouragement and hope to those living with or having lost a loved one with the disease. This year we are adding a 5K race to our event and will still provide vendor booths, entertainment and food trucks.

Packets will be available for pickup at UMSL South on race day, 9/11 at 8:30am.
Awards
All 5K finishers will receive a commemorative medal. Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finisher, as well as the top 3 male and female finishers in the following age groups: 17 & Under, and 18 & Over.
There will also be an award for largest team and for team spirit.
