A run to celebrate the life of a child by raising awareness and money.We will be donating 100% of ALL proceeds (supply costs,obviously do come out first)to the Woodland Cultural Center in Brantford,Ontario.

A flat n fast 5km along Hamiltons waterfront with hot food and drinks after the run.
medals to all participants...and will be given out at registration....covid rules.
loads of give aways ....we will be giving these out at the registration pick up ,rather than after the race...covid rules!
Top 3 over-all male/female and age groups awards in 10 year age categories..19+under to 70+ over ,1st place in each age group.
chip timing...you will be given a bar code to scan and look up your results.
Long sleeve shirts to all registered by sept. 20..limited to those after this date.
