Home Suite Hope is a non-profit organization that supports low-income single parent families. With a wraparound approach, our programs aim to unite a network of vital support services for single parents & their children which support them on their journey from poverty to stability. Home Suite Hope proudly offers 5 programs: Stabilizing First Halton, Homeward Bound Halton, Homeward Bound Halton Youth, Life Skills Workshops, & One-on-One Life Skills Training.
Your support of Home Suite Hope will help us continue to provide the following programs and expand our reach to help more single parent families in the Halton Region.
Stabilizing First Halton: A stabilizing program to prepare participants to pursue a pathway towards employment, education, and training.
Homeward Bound Halton: An up to 3 year program with a full academic scholarship to complete a post-secondary education at Sheridan College.
Homeward Bound Halton Youth: A 4-year program with a full scholarship to complete a 2-year diploma at Sheridan College for parents ages 17-24.
Life Skills Workshops: Monthly group workshops that cover important life skills such as budgeting, healthy eating, conflict resolution and more!
One-on-One Life Skills Training: Individualized life skills training with a community outreach worker that covers topics such as managing bills, organization, and identification.
