The first race in a series of 3 duathlon events. This race includes a 5K run followed by an 11 mile bike.
The run is an out and back. The bike is an 11 mile loop course. Both offer a hilly challenge. No DRAFTING allowed and bike helmets are required. This is an open bike course. Volunteer support will be staged at turns on the bike course.
