Volunteer to help!
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 38th annual Moonlight Run & Walk!
Volunteers are an essential part of making the evening safe and successful and we need dozens of youth and 10-15 adult volunteers, including experienced trail bike riders interested in monitoring the course.
Although we do our best to place everyone in their preferred positions, we sometimes ask volunteers to switch to a higher need station. All volunteers will check in at the volunteer tent (at the baseball field next to 1900 Geng Rd. in Palo Alto) on the day of the event, pick up an instruction packet and t-shirt, and then be dispatched to their assigned location.
Main field volunteers (registration tables, t-shirt pullers) should arrive at 5 p.m. on race night. Course monitors should arrive at 6pm. Most shifts end around 9:30 p.m.
Parents dropping off and picking up youth volunteers will do so at a check-in table on Geng Rd. Detailed information will be emailed prior to the event.
